“N“Nervous Nancy’s unhinged meltdown!” Donald Trump tweeted Wednesday evening, the 14th message he’d posted to the platform that day. Accompanying his headline is a photo taken earlier in the day in the Cabinet Room: House Speaker Nancy Pelosi is the only person standing at a table full of white men in suits, her index finger extended, seemingly lecturing Trump, who sits across from her.

There’s a lot going on in the photo, but maybe the most interesting detail is that we’re even looking at it at all. Pelosi is clearly the dominating figure in the photo — not Trump, who if anything, looks slightly peeved. Most people won’t see a meltdown in this image; they’ll see Pelosi literally standing up to Trump. It’s fair to say that’s how the Democratic leader saw it. She quickly made it the cover photo on her own Twitter page.
