Here’s Why Folks Were So Desperate to Smear Kamala Harris
They keep throwing salt at the wall, hoping something will stick
In America, Black women rarely hold positions of power, and when they do, they face the scrutiny that is wholly incompatible with their White, male counterparts. Recently, CNN dropped an exposé full of rumors and allegations about what goes on with Kamala Harris and her staff behind closed doors.
According to anonymous sources, there is a big storm brewing between the offices of Vice President Kamala Harris and President Joe Biden. According to the rumor mills, Biden is supposedly unsatisfied with her performance. And given the unsubstantiated nature of these claims, we need to call a thing a thing —we’re seeing a smear campaign happening in real-time.
Recently, Harris traveled to France on a diplomatic trip. Since she attended a French-speaking school in Canada as a teenager, she developed a special relationship with the people there.
