Tucker Carlson and His Racist LSAT Dog Whistle
Questioning Judge Jackson’s college test scores is no different from questioning President Obama about his birth certificate
America’s highest-rated white nationalist Tucker Carlson has manufactured an LSAT controversy to attack Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson, President Biden’s pick to be the first Black woman on the Supreme Court, and give red meat to his base thirsting on white anxiety and fake victimhood.
Last night, Carlson said Americans have a right to know Judge Brown Jackson’s LSAT score to settle the question of whether or not “she’s a once in a generation legal talent.” The only person who would want to know this is Carlson, a racist, and/or a person who has no understanding of the LSAT or the legal profession.
As a recovering attorney, allow me to tell you that the LSAT, a test you take to get into law school, has no bearing on your intellect, potential, or worth as an attorney. If you’re a man who is a practicing attorney and you still go around bragging about your LSAT scores, your peers will mock you behind your back and assume you’re overcompensating for having a very small penis.
